Bella’s Pizzeria

Terms & Conditions

Welcome

The small print, made clear.

Last updated: 19 August 2026

These terms apply when you use bellaspizzeria.co.uk or place an order with Bella’s Pizzeria, the food business operating inside Bootleg Social at 30 Topping Street, Blackpool, FY1 3AQ. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Bella’s Pizzeria.

Please read them before ordering. You can contact us at hello@bellaspizzeria.co.uk.

Placing an order

When your order becomes binding.

You must provide accurate contact, order and collection information. Your order is an offer to buy the items shown at checkout. A contract is formed when we accept the order and show or send an order confirmation.

We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance if an item is unavailable, the collection slot cannot safely accommodate it, the price or description contains an obvious error, payment is not authorised where required, or we reasonably suspect misuse. If we have taken payment, we will refund the cancelled item or order.

Menu, prices and payment

What you pay.

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. The price and total shown when you place the order apply to that order. Photographs and illustrations are representative: handcrafted food naturally varies.

Website collection orders are currently paid for when collected unless checkout says otherwise. Kiosk orders are paid at the SumUp terminal. Card and wallet payments are processed by the payment provider; we do not receive your full card number.

Ingredients and allergens

Tell us what you need.

Read the ingredient and allergen information for the exact recipe options you select. Recipes and supplier information can change, so check each time you order. Our gluten-free dough contains gluten-free wheat starch and is not suitable for anyone with a wheat allergy.

Plant-based, vegetarian, lactose-free and nut-free choices describe the requested recipe or preparation. “Nut-free” is a preparation request and is not a guarantee of an allergen-free environment. Our food is prepared in a working venue kitchen where other allergens may be present.

If you have a serious allergy or are unsure whether an item is suitable, contact us before ordering. Do not rely only on a dietary label, and do not include diagnoses or other medical details in order notes.

Collection

Hot, ready and collection only.

Orders are for collection from Bella’s Pizzeria inside Bootleg Social, 30 Topping Street, Blackpool, FY1 3AQ. Collection times are estimates. We work hard to meet them, but busy service, unusually large orders or events at the venue can cause delay.

Bring your order reference and collect promptly. We may ask for the customer name or other confirmation before handing over an order. Food quality and safety can deteriorate if an order is collected late. If an order is not collected within a reasonable time, we may dispose of it and may still charge for it.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible.

Fresh food is made to order and is liable to deteriorate rapidly, so the usual 14-day cooling-off right for online purchases does not apply. If you need to change or cancel, contact us immediately. We will try to help before preparation starts, but once ingredients have been committed or preparation has begun we may be unable to change, cancel or refund the order.

This does not affect your rights where food is faulty, unsafe, not as described or otherwise fails to meet legal requirements.

Problems and refunds

Let us put things right.

Check your order when you collect it where practical. If something is missing, incorrect or not of satisfactory quality, tell the team promptly or email us with your order reference and a clear description of the issue. Any refund or replacement will reflect the circumstances and your statutory rights.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from a consumer order.

Other important terms

Keeping things straightforward.

You may use this website only lawfully and must not interfere with its security or operation. Website content, branding and illustrations belong to us or our licensors and may not be commercially reused without permission.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable law.

Questions or complaints can be sent to hello@bellaspizzeria.co.uk.
