Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. We also use local browser storage to remember your privacy choice. Essential storage keeps the basket, checkout, security and staff login working. Optional Analytics storage is used only after you choose “Accept analytics”.

• bellas-pizzeria-session (the exact name can vary): a first-party cookie that connects requests to your encrypted server-side session, remembers the basket and supports login/security. It normally expires after up to two hours of inactivity.
• XSRF-TOKEN: a first-party security cookie that helps protect forms and Livewire actions from cross-site request forgery. It normally follows the session lifetime.
• Staff remember/login cookies: used only where an authorised team member uses authentication features. Duration depends on the login choice and security settings.
• bellas_cookie_consent_v1: local browser storage, not a cookie, that remembers “analytics” or “essential only” until you change it, clear browser data, or we replace the consent version.

These technologies are strictly necessary or record the privacy choice you requested. They do not profile you for advertising.

If a Google Analytics measurement ID is configured and you consent, we load Google Analytics 4 on public content pages. It helps us understand page views, approximate visitor geography, device/browser categories, referring pages and website interactions. We do not deliberately send customer names, contact details, order contents or private order-tracking URLs to Analytics.

• _ga: distinguishes visitors; Google states a default duration of two years.
• _ga_<container-id>: maintains session state for the relevant Analytics property; its duration is controlled by Google Analytics settings and is commonly up to two years.

Google Analytics is not loaded on order, kiosk or private order-tracking pages. Advertising storage, Google signals and ad-personalisation signals are disabled in our implementation.

You can choose “Essential only” without losing access to the menu, basket or ordering functions. If you accept Analytics, you can return to this page and select “Change cookie settings” to withdraw consent. We will stop future Analytics collection and attempt to remove first-party Analytics cookies from this domain.

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser. Blocking essential cookies may stop the basket, checkout or staff login from working correctly.

If we introduce another non-essential analytics, advertising or embedded-media technology, we will update this policy and seek consent before it loads where required.
