Allergen information

Allergen notice

All food is freshly prepared in our kitchen, where milk, eggs, nuts, sesame, sulphites and other allergens are handled. We have controls to minimise cross-contamination, but cannot guarantee that our food is allergen-free or suitable for people with food allergies.

Find the information for your pizza

Open a pizza on the menu to see its ingredients and allergen table, or choose Ingredients & allergens or Edit pizza in your order. When you change the recipe, cheese or toppings, the table updates for the ingredients in that selection.

  • Contains: the allergen is present in an ingredient in the selected recipe.
  • May contain: an ingredient supplier has identified possible unintended presence of that allergen.
  • Not in recipe: it is not listed for the selected ingredients. This is not a guarantee that the food is allergen-free.

Our table groups tree nuts together. Peanuts are listed separately. Other foods, such as pine nuts, can cause allergies too; check the full ingredients alongside the allergen table.

Gluten and wheat

We choose ingredients with no listed gluten-containing ingredients or supplier “may contain gluten” warnings. Not every product is labelled or certified gluten-free, and we cannot guarantee that suppliers’ manufacturing environments are free from gluten.

Gluten-free does not mean wheat-free. Our pizza dough contains gluten-free wheat starch and is not suitable for anyone with a wheat allergy.

Some naturally gluten-free ingredients, such as mozzarella, are not specifically labelled gluten-free. The absence of gluten ingredients or a supplier warning is not certification or proof that a factory never handles gluten.

Our dough flour is supplied as gluten-free and has been tested below 5 ppm gluten. Wheat remains declared because the dough contains wheat starch. Cereals such as oats must also be declared when present, even if the ingredient is gluten-free.

Our kitchen and supplier warnings

We use hygiene, cleaning and ingredient-handling checks to reduce cross-contact. Shared preparation areas, equipment and supplier production environments can still present a risk. An ingredient’s factory-handling warning should be read alongside its ingredient list and any may-contain information.

Recipe changes

Changing cheese, choosing an alternative recipe or removing a topping updates the displayed ingredients and allergen table. These changes do not remove the risk of cross-contamination in our shared kitchen.
